Walk, ride or run a different trail every Sunday in October!
| The month of October is especially ideal for exercising outside ~ the temperatures are cool and the colors are spectacular. This year, there are five Sundays which means a BONUS fifth walk! Walktober kicks-off on the campus of Rockhurst University, then travels to the West Bottoms on the Riverfront Heritage Trail, heads north to Line Creek, east to the stadiums for Rock Island Trail Phase 2 and concludes on Halloween at Union Cemetery! All events also include Plein Air Quick Paint Contests. Sunday, October 3, 10 a.m.-Noon>> Rockhurst University, 1100 Rockhurst Rd. We do request that you pre-register. Dogs on leashes are welcome. **The health of attendees is very important to us.
