Kansas City, Missouri- Please join us Tuesday, April 14th for our Virtual Community Conversations at 10am. As part of it’s programing, KC Parks has been working with the Center for Conflict Resolution to help improve community conversations. Center for Conflict Resolution has heard from various community members and organizations that people need a space to talk about what is going on in their lives and communities. KC Parks is excited to partner with Center for Conflict Resolution and provide a space where people can process the effects of this pandemic together.
These conversations are every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-11am, virtually. Tuesday April 14, 2020 topic:
Trauma and Your Window of Tolerance: How Covid -19 is Changing us all. There will be a 30-minute opportunity to talk with the Executive Director, Annette Lantz-Simmons about these conversations. Video recording of the group will be allowed, we ask for you to respect participants who may NOT want to be recorded. We ask that you record during group time with those who are willing to participate with media present.
