KC Parks Employees Receive City Service Awards 2019

December 18, 2019. .  .This morning, KC Parks honored 33 employees for their combined 554 years of continuous service to the City of Kansas City, MO with an awards breakfast held at Union Station. Employee Service Awards are known as “The MELs” in honor of  long-time Kansas City Parks and Recreation employee, Mary Edith Lillis.
