KC Plein Air Festival at Penn Valley Park
May 4-12, 2018 Penn Valley Park Artists from across the country will gather for an extended Paint-Off to capture the natural beauty of Penn Valley Park, en plein air, while competing for cash prizes. The event concludes with a gala reception and auction to showcase the art with proceeds benefiting the Penn Valley Park Conservancy. More information>
