Meet the “Yes We Can” women as they step out of the darkness into the light. The “Yes We Can” performance highlights female African American Pioneers such as Cathy Williams, female Buffalo Solider, Harriet Powers, the best African American quilt maker in the South in the Civil War era, and Susie King Taylor, a black Army nurse.
The performance is appropriate for ALL ages. Refreshments and snacks will be provided!
