The Kansas City Athletics Leadership Initiative (KCALI) is a proposed community outreach, youth- focused approach to tackling Kansas City socioeconomic issues, through culturally diverse experiences within the framework of athletics. The curriculum will be designed and implemented by the UMKC Athletics Department under the auspices of the School of Education.
