Boot Camp In the Park with Lisa Lewis is an in-person exercise class that targets cores fitness, aerobics, and light strength training. There will be two classes per day two days a week (Tues/Thurs). The morning classes will take place in Mill Creek Park the evening classes will take place at Prospect Plaza Park.
