Meet at the Overlook Kansas City/ Leavenworth Buffalo Soldiers 9th and 10th Horse Calvary and KC Parks present a Salute to the Veterans. We welcome all branches of Service, all veterans and their family. Buffalo Soldiers Exhibit, Flag Ceremony and Taps.
