Calling all Plein Air Artists and Urban Sketchers! Celebrate National Trails and Prairie Day with a Quick Paint Contest amidst the flora and fauna of Jackson County’s only remnant prairie during Party on the Prairie. $500 purchase award; winning work becomes the property of KC Parks. No fee to participate. Must have 6 participants to award prize. Please pre-register by emailing your name and contact information to heidi.markle@kcmo.org.
